New Vineyard digital platform will help business finance for wineries

The federal government has announced a new digital platform for vineyards will be in place by the end of the year. This focussed data will assist with business finance by providing high line information on the current industry status through tracking vineyard sizes, ages and grape varieties.
Wine Australia will take the lead on the project in consultation with the industry. The platform will be funded through the federal government's more than $4-million Grape and Wine Sector Long-term Viability Support Package.
